How bookings, timing, and cancellations work

Royal Touch appoints a beautician based on performance feedback and availability.

You may request a specific beautician if she is not already reserved.

You must receive the beautician at the specified time and location stated in your booking.

Location changes must be communicated to Royal Touch more than 1 day before the reservation.

Royal Touch provides the service at the agreed time with a possible variance of ±45 minutes depending on traffic. Timing starts when the client receives the beautician.

The service amount cannot be refunded if the beautician is not received at the time and location specified.

If you fail to receive the beautician within +15 minutes of arrival, the visit is considered completed with no compensation.

If Royal Touch cannot deliver the service for any reason, the customer will be compensated with another reservation based on the availability of both parties.
Eligibility & Safety
Who can receive the service and important conditions
Children service conditions (term 10)
•An adult companion (parent or guardian) is mandatory when providing services to young girls.
•Permitted age range: 7 to 12 years old.
•If the child is under 7 years, an adult companion must be present for the entire duration — service is provided under the full responsibility of the legal guardian.

The beautician must be treated in accordance with Islamic Sharia and domestic labor regulations in KSA.

The client is fully responsible for providing a suitable preparation area for the beautician's tools.

It is not permissible to give physical gifts to the beautician for any reason.

The client is responsible for protecting their valuables and possessions. Royal Touch will not be held liable for any loss.

The beautician will only perform services paid for in the reservation (hair, nails, massage, Moroccan bath, body care, skin care). Additional services require payment via the SPAN machine.

The full value of the reservation must be paid in advance when booking through the application.

Royal Touch may adjust prices based on government fees or taxes as they become effective.

Same-day cancellations are not permitted. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment. An administrative fee of 25% of the total value will be deducted.

You may adjust an appointment twice through the app, provided the adjustment is made 6+ hours before the appointment.

Services cannot be modified after the team visits unless Royal Touch approves. Any price difference is retained in the wallet without a refund.

If a booking is made for a city or area not included in the application (intentionally or by mistake), Royal Touch has the right to deduct 25% of the reservation fee upon cancellation.

Refundable amounts will be processed through the application within 14 working days.

The client must not transfer the beautician to a third party or allow use by others. Violation gives Royal Touch the right to terminate the contract without compensation.

In the event of a breach of booking terms, assault, or harassment of the beautician, Royal Touch has the right to terminate the contract and file a lawsuit before courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The client is responsible for the beautician during and after the visit. The beautician must not leave the agreed location before a Royal Touch representative arrives.

Emergency situations must be reported to Royal Touch via live chat or email. Cases follow KSA legal procedures.

Terms may vary based on country, city, or service provider. Check the app when selecting a service provider.

Royal Touch administration may fix technical issues and delete records as needed.

When editing a booking, prices do not change — the price is calculated on the default service price only. Any price difference is non-refundable, and the client pays the minimum order value or penalty fee.

There may be delays in product deliveries during holiday seasons due to shipping companies' holidays.
